Billionaire investor Peter Thiel said Sunday that the FBI and the CIA should investigate if Google has been infiltrated by Chinese intelligence.

Facebook says it may have “unintentionally uploaded” email contacts of up to 1.5 million users on its site, without their permission or knowledge.

Talks between the two companies are at a preliminary stage and no deal has been agreed, according to people with knowledge, the FT said.
