At least two more people have died and others remain in the hospital as of Tuesday after 46 people were found dead, a hospital official said.

The attorneys said the settlement will not be finalized “until agreement is also reached on substantial and meaningful non-monetary relief.”

Lt. Sean Williamson, a 27-year veteran of the Philadelphia Fire Department, was pronounced dead at the scene of the fire, officials said.

Madeline Barker, 47, from Merritt Island, Florida, was arrested and charged in connection to an incident in New York City last week.

The Rev. Doug Carpenter, a former pastor at Saint Stephen’s Episcopal Church, said witnesses recounted to him details of the shooting.
