Earthquake repairs make progress in hard-hit towns

Authorities in Ridgecrest, California says roads are safe to drive and water and power have been restored. Some people slept in tents after two huge earthquakes. Trona has electricity, but water and gas were out for many homes on Sunday. (July 8)
