Divided government is a theory for when we’re not in health and economic crises. We need urgency, and a Republican Senate would slow Biden down.

Biden can be effective on health care even without complete control of Congress. And that will help America bounce back more quickly in other ways.

Only insurance companies and people who have always been 100% healthy would be left standing if Trump gets his way. He’s given America a clear choice.
