A migrant man died in Border Patrol custody on Monday, following the deaths of two Guatemalan children in the agency’s custody in December.

Trump’s own team acknowledged that it used misleading statistics to push for a wall along the U.S.-Mexican border.

The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court to allow his asylum ban to go into effect during legal wrangling, but the court rejected the request.

The U.S. has long allowed asylum seekers to remain here pending an immigration judge’s decision on their application. They now must remain in Mexico.

The moves comes after Border Patrol did not inform Congress or the public of a 7-year-old migrant girl’s death while in their custody.

Members of Congress will visit a Border Patrol station in New Mexico where a 7-year-old Guatemalan migrant was detained before she died, but Homeland Security says the members cannot interview the agents involved.
